Travel is rough on your immune system. Cabin air is dry, time zones disrupt sleep, and you're exposed to new microbes daily. A little planning goes a long way.

Before you fly - Sleep 7–8 hours for two nights before the flight. - Hydrate aggressively — water, not just coffee. - Pack vitamin C, zinc, and electrolyte sachets.

On arrival in Bali - Eat fresh, cooked food the first day. - Don't underestimate jet lag — give yourself a recovery day. - Sunscreen everywhere. Sunburn is an immune drain.
